Step out of the pace of daily life and into an afternoon designed to support both body and spirit. This half-day retreat offers a carefully held container for slowing down, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through breath, movement, shared presence and well-deserved pampering.
Through guided relaxation, time in the herbal spa, Reiki healing, gentle yoga, and spacious moments of integration, participants are invited to let go of the outer world and be cared for within a circle of support.
