A Half-Day Experience of Rest, Renewal, and Inner Connection
Step out of the pace of daily life and into an afternoon designed to support both body and spirit. This half-day retreat offers a carefully held container for slowing down, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through breath, movement, shared presence and well-deserved pampering.
Through guided relaxation, time in the herbal spa, Reiki healing, gentle yoga, and spacious moments of integration, participants are invited to let go of the outer world and be cared for within a circle of support. Rather than doing more, this retreat emphasizes rest, receiving, and allowing the body to reset at its own pace.
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are and be held for an afternoon.
1:00 - Retreat Space Opens
1:15 pm – Opening Breathwork & Deep Relaxation
We begin together with a grounding breathwork and relaxation practice to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the space. With Kate Brown
2:00 pm – Choice Block
Participants are divided into two groups. Each group will experience both offerings during the afternoon.:
Herbal Spa Experience & Tea Meditation
During the herbal spa, you will be treated to a lovely relaxing herbal steam, foot soak and all natural ( and edible!) facial. A time to completely relax and let go as you sip a nourishing and delicious cup of tea. With Alison Magill and Molly Branch, Herbalists.
Group Reiki and Energy Healing
Enjoy a Reiki and relaxation healing session. With Jacqui Carvale
3:15 pm – Group Yoga & Integration
A gentle, accessible yoga practice designed to release tension, restore circulation, and support integration of the earlier experiences. With Kate Cameron
4:00 pm – Second Choice Block
Groups switch, allowing everyone time in both:
Herbal Spa Experience & Tea Meditation.
Group Reiki and Relaxation Healing Session
5:15 pm – Closing Circle
We come back together for reflection, grounding, and a shared closing to gently transition back into the evening.
