Slow & Strong Hatha

A grounded, empowering practice that blends precise postures and focused breathwork to help you discover your resilience and move with fierce self-compassion. In this 60 minute Slow and Strong Hatha Yoga class we will challenge our bodies and mind to remind ourselves of all that we are capable of! Hatha Yoga is slow, deliberate, and precise. We’ll strengthen the mind through focused meditation, fortify the body through held postures, and empower the warrior within in a space that is safe, supportive, and rooted in fierce self-compassion. All bodies and levels of ability are welcome!
