All Levels Vinyasa Flow

A simple translation of "Vinyasa" is "to link together". In this class we will be linking together shapes and postures to follow a sequence of movement. Experience the meditative quality of movement as we synchronize breath with motion, creating a moving meditation that quiets the mind and grounds the spirit. All levels of strength and flexibility are welcome—your practice is uniquely yours, and there's a place for you here. Every body type, experience level, and personal goal is honored and supported.
