A baby-friendly class for postpartum recovery, gentle strength, and getting back into your body—without needing things to be quiet, still, or perfect. This is a real workout, designed to help you rebuild strength and feel strong again, even with kids in the room.
Expect a little bit of everything: movement, pauses, snack breaks, diaper changes, and plenty of kid energy (babies, toddlers, big kids—we’ve got it all). It’s not about keeping them entertained—it’s about you getting what you need while they exist alongside it.
There’s lots of space for your little one to play while you move. Bring whatever makes your life easier—favorite toys, a cozy blanket, bouncer, snacks… anything goes.
Come as you are (truly), move your body, and be in community with other moms doing the same. A little chaotic, a lot supportive, and way more fun than trying to figure it out alone.
