Community Cacao Ceremony

Flower Essence Meditative Journey

During this guided experience, you’ll be invited into deep relaxation to connect with the wisdom of the plant spirits. Music and therapeutic tuning forks help soothe the nervous system and encourage balanced energy flow throughout the body.

This session features Cosmos and Elecampane, two essences that help us to create the bridge between our spirit life and our earthly presence. We will go deep into grounding which allows us to open to the heavens.

What to expect:

  • A deeply relaxing guided inner journey into connection with the plant spirits.

  • Music and tuning forks to support relaxation and energetic harmony

  • Time for reflection and journaling—bring a notebook to capture any insights or messages that arise

  • A personal bottle of each essence to take home, allowing you to continue deepening your relationship with these plants

I love plants and all the ways they help us: giving us air to breathe, their beauty and of course, their medicine. My health is elevated thanks to the plants! Through the years I've learned from the plants themselves and from many amazing herbalists, including formal training in herbalism. But when I co-created my first flower essence and learned to tap into the energetic healing properties of the plant world, I knew that I had found something powerful and potent.
