YOGA LAB

A practice space to break things down, build things up, and get a little curious in your body.

Each class focuses on a specific posture or shape, using targeted drills, strength work, and mobility to help you understand how to get there—not just be told to do it. Think wrist prep, core activation, hip strength, and all the small-but-mighty pieces that make a pose actually click.

Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, this class meets you where you are. Beginners will build a strong, supportive foundation, while seasoned practitioners can refine, strengthen, and explore more advanced variations.

Come ready to try things, wobble a little, and maybe surprise yourself.
