    "It was my first time at the studio. I took a morning yoga class that was fantastic. The teacher created a great flow that was challenging, but yet restorative and rejuvenating. She cared a lot about each person in the class and offered assistance to help get into the proper pose. The studio it's self was really cute and inviting. There were plenty of additional equipment f you forgot something, such as mats, blocks, bands and so forth. I will definitely be going back and might try one of the gong classes that I'm very curious about."

    "I took a Saturday morning yoga class with and had a stupendous time! She incorporated spinal awareness and movement into familiar postures where one usually finds spinal length and stillness. The delivery of her class flow offered queues of depth and challenge within strengthening and balancing positions that felt accessible across varying experience levels. The studio is spacious, inviting, and clean with many well organized prop options (bolsters, blocks, mats, eye masks, etc.). There are so many class options for the physical and mental body which offers great opportunity to either explore something completely new or find a familiar type of class with a new teacher and space. Highly recommend this new studio to all; I cannot wait to return for another class!"
