What is the sacred somatic ceremony?

A ceremony of many expressions.
Part women's refuge, part communal magical web weaving, part individual body release, cleanse, and healing, and part grandmother cacao heart opening. You can expect our sacred space to be intentionally sequenced to let you release your mind, drop into your heart, and tune up to a higher vibration via sound, movement, and flow.

We will begin with an opening invocation to secure our field, share a blessing to connect us, and invite full expression - complete joy, grief, rage, and bliss. Ultimately, ending with relief and emptying the space so we may begin again. You get to wear whatever feels most comfortable to move and express yourself in! Whatever feels most like you and allows you to express through movement and sound is welcome.

Feel free to bring your favorite journal and pen. Most importantly, just come as you are. If all you do is lie on the floor to feel and be in a sacred space, so be it.

After our movement and cacao ceremony, we may open up the space to share and connect deeply. We have enough surface connections in our daily lives; this is a place to share from the heart as much or as little as you would like.
